Adelaide Pendlebury

Adelaide has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney and she has worked in the private sector since 2002. Adelaide also holds an Associate Diploma in Drama and Performance as well as a Diploma in Journalism.

Adelaide is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and she is an active participant in the Professional Self Regulation Program. Keeping informed of the latest advances in assessment and treatment of communications difficulties is a high priority for her.

Adelaide has a wealth of experience working with children in the areas of articulation, language, literacy and stuttering. Adelaide has received additional certified training in the Hanen Centre Programs ‘ABC and Beyond’ and ‘It Takes Two To Talk’. Adelaide has also been trained in the principles and methods of Voicecraft.

More recently, Adelaide has worked closely with educators in the early childhood sector, providing support and specialised training to develop their knowledge and skills in the areas of communication, early literacy, play and social skill development.

Adelaide is registered with Medicare and Private Health Insurance Funds.
